not an automatic failure but it may fail on emissions as they may be being affected if engine management light on. Had a car in for mot in the garage i work at yesterday and it had same light on and showed a catalytic converter functional fault when checked on diagnostic computer but it passed mot as emissions were ok(although this won't be the case for long - fault still needs to be rectified before further damage done) |

"things need shaking up al"!! You dozy tosser - my original post that was deleted was just about the possibility of a tour closer to home - something which any proper follower of the swans would be interested in - totally innocuous although maybe boring to you plastic, internet warrior types who don't follow the team. All i was doing was throwing an idea ou t there, hoping that someone might think it worthwhile doing and sort it out and instead the thread gets removed after 1 person viewed it. As i said in my first post on this topic - feel free to tell me why it was deleted |

do you mean TDC sensor - if so you'll probably find that by unplugging it and cleaning connector up and plugging back in will allow car to start. The new sensors have been modified by renault so you'd need the wiring loom to it as well |
