How long have you supported Brentford?

Forty years now, flaming 'eck!

What are your memorable moments and games between the U's and the Bees?

To be honest nothing really stands out apart from last season's home game, probably because my memory is going, but also because we were absolutely magnificent. It was quite early in the season and we'd suddenly seen some exciting, quality football being produced by our then new manager Uwe Rosler. The previous home game had been a disaster, losing to Tranmere while trying to play from the back but not having the players to do it. Some good away wins followed before Colchester's visit to Griffin Park. We were all over the U's but were only one-nil up in the last minute when you got a free kick. Our keeper had announced a couple of days earlier that he has never been beaten from a free kick. Guess what happened!

How has your team changed since we last played each other? (Last game 14th February 2012 at Colchester - the U's won 2-1)

The two forwards that started that game (Myles Weston and Gary Alexander) have moved on and been replaced by Farid El Alagui from Falkirk and Paul Hayes from Charlton, and allied to Clayton Donaldson, who seems to be on fire at the moment. We are looking good up top for the first time in ages. The middle of the park has been strengthened with the arrival of Adam Forshaw from Everton - he'll be doing his best to control the game. At the back we have actually paid money for a player - very unlike us - Tony Craig from Millwall. Unfortunately he's not had a good start and the jury is out.

What are your expectations this season?

Recent form is up and down. We lost to Yeovil after having the game in our hands with a penalty (which we missed) when it was 1-1. Some awful defending and an own goal didn't help. We then stuffed Crewe 5-1 in a marvellous performance, then fought back from 2-0 to draw with Walsall. Having said that I think we are a better team than last season and hopefully back-on-loan Jake Bidwell will help reduce the defensive errors. In which case 6th place should be a realistic aim.

Who is your danger man?

Clayton Donaldson has scored four so far this season - I think that makes him the division's top scorer. A confidence player certainly, but has a good touch and his overall play is useful to us. The aforementioned Forshaw has added a bit of drive and class to the midfield. Harlee Dean at the back has looked masterful so far this season.

What do you know about our team?

Well I know you had that Judas Martin Rowlands last season! Honestly, don't get us started on him. We had Clinton Morrison on loan at the end of last season. He didn't score, had a decent touch and always looked to gee up his team-mates and the crowd. Seen worse.

What's your prediction for the game?

We will play with a diamond midfield so rely on our full backs to push forward. If you don't nullify that you'll be in trouble as we can play some great football when allowed to. We need to get crosses in and Farid is particularly good in the air.

Finally, Marcus Bean - Hero, villain or just another player that's played for you?

Hero, definitely. We loved his passion and drive and he scored some important goals for us. You get the best of him when you allow him to burst in the box and he's adept at breaking up play and playing simple sideways balls. Not particularly creative and a bit slow, but definitely a fan's favourite. We were sorry to see him go, but no one is complaining about his replacement.
