Matthew Phillips introduces us to the man in the middle for Friday's clash with Luton Town

Friday’s referee is Andy Penn from the West Midlands, e has been a Football League referee since 2002 and this will be his second visit to the Liberty Stadium this season, he took charge of the Millwall home game in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy – he sent off an opposition player in that game.
