New Book Launch

No apologies for the extra plug but myself and Keith are working very hard behind the scenes to promote the book which officially is released today (24/11/2000). As a consequence, Wyndham Evans (remember him?) who wrote a foreward for the book is going to be available to sign copies in two Swansea stores on Saturday. Wyndham will be with myself in Uplands Newsagents, Gwydr Square, Uplands, Swansea at 10am and Good News, Woodfield Street, Morriston, at 12pm. We are both extremely grateful to Wyndham for giving up his Saturday morning to help with the promotion of the book and we hope that Swans fans will assist with this and to recognise Wyndham as, I am sure most will agree, one of Swansea's most loyal players ever. Hopefully Jon Coates will be there as well! For the younger people on the list, Wyndham played for the Swans between 1970 and 1985 and is one of the few players to have played in all four divisions with the Swans. In total, he played 391 league games for the Swans and was rewarded with a testimonial in 1982 with a match against Liverpool, at the time the top team in Europe. We will also be aiming to have one more signing towards Christmas and, as they say, watch this space for developments.
