selling off season tickets 16:11 - Apr 3 with 1162 viewsexilejack

So someone buys a ST, sells it on and dont notify the club so details remain of the original buyer, what rights does the buyer have if the club get to a semi final or final and all of a sudden the original buyer wants the tickets also they decide next season they want it back to use themselves.
Can the buyer refuse or not or what would happen if they notified the club that they have bought it could the club refuse to sanction the use of it.

You're not actually allowed to sell a season ticket as far as I know so if the club found out I assume they would cancel it.

I agree they could easily cancel if they found out.

I also know that you can renew it in someone else's name easily enough as a good mate did exactly that with no fuss at all. The two of them went there in person to renew and handed in a written letter saying that the person selling would like it to be renewed in the new persons name, and the club didn't mind at all. This would be by far the better option as otherwise the seller could easily tuck the buyer up I reckon.
