Thread | selling off season tickets

So someone buys a ST, sells it on and dont notify the club so details remain of the original buyer, what rights does the buyer have if the club get to a semi final or final and all of a sudden the original buyer wants the tickets also they decide next season they want it back to use themselves.
Can the buyer refuse or not or what would happen if they notified the club that they have bought it could the club refuse to sanction the use of it. |
