Sorry to change the subject, but we can all agree that we outplayed the defending champions, and were robbed by poor decisions.

Yada yada yada .....

It would appear that with exactly 6 months to the General Election, the knives are out and being sharpened towards Ed Miliband. He seems to have lost support from Labour voters as well as some within the Party at high ministerial level.
Regardless of his fantastically amazingly political expertise and analysis that he obviously posses, he just lacks that spark, that x-factor that all major politicians should have. I don't know if it's his nasaly voice, or his sticky out teeth, or just his arrogant detached behaviour, but he is missing something that top politicians should have.
And I don't think Gideon has it either.
Maybe Labour chose the wrong Miliband; you know, the one with a personality?

Nah,we had this problem in All Saint's Road,Brixton,Stockwell......the burgeoning property prices soon squeezed them out. You'll get the same in East London. If you've got the bottle you should take a long term punt on some cheap property.

i was just going to say that uncle, there have been unsubstantiated sightings of blokes dressed as the krays grandad resplendent in houndstooth, prince of wales check and plaid augmented with beards you could hide an immigrant in (two if their latvian) and partings so sharp you could pack it in your cap and give it the peaky blinders when faced with russell brand in kens cafe, green street..

Aint Just Tower Hamlets Mate
you go walking into Hayes Town at night or Luton or Southall, you are dicing with death, these towns are like 3rd world countries now
so glad I sold up in Perivale 14 years ago and moved to the countryside

I can vouch for Luton, lived there until 15 years ago, escaped to MK. Luton matches the football club - scummy.

But all it'll mean My Old Cocker is the "undesireable" elements will get relocated elsewhere. That ribbon development("Heseltown")down the Thames Estuary never got started....anyway,shove 'em all in to Thamesmead - who gives a f*ck,like Gehenna with streetlamps .
But more room for the perfumed dandies, fops, and an end to Magsmen,Sharpers and Fogle Hunters.

i live in london.
i am from a completely different cultural background to most of the people you are talking about, which is pakistan area.
there are places in parts of this country, already mentioned in this thread, as well as parts of yorkshire, that i would not enter for all the tea in china.
there is a hot-bed of hatred and religious mischief aimed at changing the political and religious system here in uk. it also exists in most of europe where these people are almost untouchable by the police.
i don't know what the answer is, but i suspect the problem will have to get worse before it gets better.

What's MK like? I'm looking at moving in the next two years and have been looking at the MK area.

You definitely get a lot more for your money up that way, but are there any parts to steer clear of?

Avoid like the plague
Neathfield
Coffee Hall
Spingfield
Fishermead
Bean Hill

good places are
Shenley
Middleton
Walnut Tree
Furzton lakes
Wolverton & Stony Stratford are very decent, (stony stratford is great for a pub crawl)

my Advice is go to Northampton its only 20 minutes up the road , you get more for your money as MK is getting Expensive , plenty of countryside and loads of decent pubs , and your just over an hour from Uxbridge, Hayes, Hillingdon etc if you decide to visit

Ed is a complete waste of space. 'Our Dave' and George are fcking this country up so badly that if a pig in a suit was allowed to stand at the next election it would win by a landslide. Yet the leader of the opposition can't even win over his own party. Personally I don't trust any of these politicians to run the country and I suspect most feel the same. Apart from the fcking 'Westminster Bubble' and rolling news channels nobody gives a sht about any of them. Odds on it will be lowest general election turnout of all time voting for a Tory coalition which will continue to drag the country ever further down the shtter.
