Could bring us more media attention and even put a few extra numbers on the attendances if the club did some kind of promotion for those attending the womens games...

It folded a while ago.
The Football in the Community team have since started (at or least been involved in starting) a girls' team and they're now under 17 (I think) so will be playing open age in a couple of year. Then there'll be a Rochdale Ladies team again hopefully.
To my knowledge, I don't think the club was particularly involved with the ladies team. Though obviously they might be now if FITC are involved. |  | | |
