Big day for Irish football today.

I've a feeling that it won't all go to plan though. Greece have to start resurfacing some time, and Germany are Germany. Both Irelands could blow it quite easily.

And then there's Scotland. They could still sneak into the playoffs. Plenty of goals in the Poland game tonight one thinks.

I caught the second half of the Poland game and thought Ireland had something about them* and if it wasnt for Keogh once more bottling it in the penalty area in a big game it could've been 2-2 and Ireland through.

Overall O'Niell is a massive improvement on Trap. Bring on the Play-Offs (Hungary would be a good draw) ... Ireland to qualify!

If Ireland do get Hungary in the play-offs then I hope that people at Rangers keep an eye on the opposition players during the game as I'm forever reading on here how they are exactly the type of player that we're looking for these days.
