Spurs fans loved him. He is probably one of our worst signings if you factor in the money spent..the visa issues,injury's. I think I only saw one or two games where he really contributed on the pitch and looked the player we thought we bought.

We had more than a few games with Sandro (e.g. Liverpool at home last season) when we were playing ok when he went off (after 60 minutes or so), and we ended up losing the game.

The most disturbing thing is the amount of players that simply drift out of the game after they've finished with us. It shows that we frequently sign players too old, or with bad injuries, or on a contract far in excess of what clubs at their actual level will pay them, or on a contract so lucrative they don't actually need to play any more, or at such a length that by the time it's finished they're no use to anybody.
