If you can't get someone to lend a van, I would make enquires to a courier service, to see how much they would charge for collection/ delivery, I would imagine it would be less hassle than hiring a van, cost of petrol, time ect.. |  |

The courier option is good. They provide a great service. We bought something that wasn't quite right and couldn't fit in the car so we had an added expense. The courier serice can bid for business (and we will need this service again in a few weeks) or we can look for alternatives. My tenant has offered her van which is great and now sorted. If it was not I would have gone for the courier service. | |
