I would like to see his conversation rate too.
Nothing wrong with a player having the confidence to step up consistently and take spot kicks but it is now time for Hill to say no more and appoint someone to else to do the job.

It sends out the wrong message to leave him on penalties, like it or not there is little faith in him scoring now.
