Could a win at Gillingham spark a winning run? 17:42 - Jan 10 with 5589 viewsaleanddale

So we are looking down a bit of a barrel.

Could a win at Gills spark a winning run that gets Dale out of the bottom 4 at any time this season before the end of April.

Let's have a straw poll of where posters see our prediciment.

One word response lets get as many responding as possible.

Survive or relegated?

I will go first.

Survive!!!

Sadly, from what I've seen I just can't see where the next win in the league is coming from. We're bereft of quality, ideas and our tactics aren't working.

Relegation for me. The only silver lining is that we're financially relatively stable, unlike our near neighbours who are in a much worse position across the board.

You've got to be positive. I say survive but I think if we're going to get those points through good football we're going to have to be good away from home.

Home games are going to be scrappy affairs were anything can happen.

Poll: What are we more excited for?

Relegated by 10+ points.

We needed to have recruited by 2nd Jan with a clear plan and message of how we were going to get out of this mess.

Metaphorically the pitch and team have had similar fortunes over the past year.

Everything thats been, has past. The answers in the looking glass!

A fair few of them actually just stand there floating in the wind, somehow without falling. It's bizarre walking through a group of them, like a lone normal wandering through a forest of the tramps.

As for Dale, unless we bring in some reliable quality this month then relegated. If we bring a few signings in then who knows.
