The Seasiders opened up their Central League account with three points against Bolton.
Blackpool created the bulk of the chances in the game after Wanderers took an early lead and were good value for the win with a strong side starting the game.
A Beryly Lubala penalty and CJ Hamilton loft over the keeper sealed the deal for Stephen Dobbie's men.

It's very nice of us letting Ward train and play for us to regain fitness and get his career back on track.
It's something the other players will see and will probably approve with how Ward's (colleague and friend) being treated. It would've been the easiest thing for Appleton to shrug his shoulders and turn his back. "Not my responsibility" sort of thing.
Where we run out winners is the man management side of things. The squad must've bought into everything on the back of this.
