New fixtures 11:44 - Jun 22 with 693 viewsgerry_us

Back to Grimsby on a Tuesday evening in October. What a surprise.
I'll book Papa's Durham.

And Gerry I can't bring my drum for an evening match either!

Home game to start and finish the season though. I can't remember the last time that happened. Feel like it's a pretty tough start again.

Certainly looks like it doesn’t it. Mind you, maybe a good time to get them out of the way, before they’ve got into their stride?

Either that or we help them get into their stride like last season!

First five games last season

Northampton away - Lost 3-2
Carlisle at home - drew 1-1
Stockport away - lost 1-0
Bradford at home - won 1-0
Leyton Orient at home - lost 3-1

This ended up being five of the top six, including the champions, and three of them were promoted.

I think how you start the season can really dictate how the season goes, obviously there are exceptions to that, both ways, but confidence and momentum seem to make a huge difference in this division.
