Half a generation older than me and half a generation younger than my old man.

Anyhow both of us being keen runners, we admired her sporting prowess but in these days of multiple genders, not sure how many correct chromosomes this woman had but she could run.

You may be joking on this point, but several years ago Caroline Wosinecksi and Rory McEllroy ended their relationship for the simple reason at that time, that both of their tounament performances had fallen off a cliff as a result.
