Yeah, I read a bit about this yesterday with Fabrizio Romano saying Ivan Juric really wants to continue in his role next season.

"Look, I'm told that he really wants to continue. He wants to follow this project, also next season, restarting from the Championship, trusting young players. And Ivan Juric is a manager - we know him very well in Italy - who needs some time in pre-season in order to make an impact.

"It was already a very complicated situation at Southampton, but Ivan Juric is not the kind of coach who arrives in October, in November, and can change the situation. He needs time. He needs pre-season. He needs to bring his methods in terms of training.

We needed a manager who could change things immediately back in December, who could make an effort to keep us up, yet it seems that he isn't that type of manager, Bizarre

Indeed. But that's Sport Republic for you. At least now with Spors onboard, we might actually start making better footballing decisions at boardroom level.

I seem to remember Mark Wotte coming out with all this sort of drivel towards the end of our relegation season down to League 1.

He wanted the job, as it was the best job he was ever going to get.

And he tried to position himself with the powers that be both before and after the change of Club ownership, deluding himself that Cortese would want to keep him on at the club.

Hopefully Spors is not taken in by it.

What an absolute non-story.

Seriously, who gives a flying f*ck through a rolling doughnut what Juric wants or how he is positioning himself.

And if our new Technical Director hasn't already worked out that this guy is completely incompetent and an absolute chancer - which I'm sure he has, because a child of 6 has worked that out - then we are doomed to life in League 1.

If he stays and we start next season with him in charge the Club won’t just need to restrict opening days for the shop. Season ticket sales will be so low they will need to close it completely.

Poll: Will we win another League game before this season ends ?

Whats the point of Juric staying until the end of the season and then getting sacked, which is the very likely outcome.
