Peace talks have failed by the looks of it. on 10:16 - Apr 17 by controversial_jack | It's not breaking any law. i'm calling out genocide, others are supporting it. They are the ones breaking the law |
I am not a lawyer so here is some reading for you. There is a feeling in some quarters that UK law has become to trigger happy in prosecuting people for the written word.. https://holocaustremembrance.com/resources/working-definition-antisemitism This is presented as non legally binding. On the other hand "The government has adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism, which serves as a non-legally binding working definition to help understand and recognize antisemitic behavior." Just for information. See clause 10. [Post edited 17 Apr 16:09]

That's from the Holocaust remembrance society, which would be just their definition and not legally binding as you so rightly indicated. My definition would be different. Not once have I mentioned the Jewish people, Just their govt, regime and military. However, it seems acceptable to criticise Muslims and other ethnicities. I agree that this country has no longer freedom of expression. Those that fought for freedom would be turning in their graves | | | |
