U21 Swans v Cardiff

Cardiff had full coverage and respectful commentary on their home game last month. Swansea sadly do not do the basics and some might argue are more style over substance. Huge coverage of Snoop but Ithe u21 team forget it.

Watts is a good player. He must be because the Cardiff commentators liked him a lot.

Perry has been featuring as a regular for the u21 s. He was doing well. Not seen anything about Popham. Both were noted to be going to the League of Wales on Lian at one point .

Clubs that downgrade their derby opponents almost always lose. Cardiff city manager fell into this trap many many times and always lost.

Wrexham is Swansea biggest game of the season because they are welsh like us. Union flag waver and yourself will always deny this. It is your mentality. It is also a massive US match.

It is sad that "Samuel D Ortega* from Albuquerque cares more about the Welsh derby than you.

The whole system is shot to bits. Any sick person anywhere in the world can come to UK get on a boat and receive the services provided by taxpayers like me and money we borrow from pension d funds. I would not necessarily believe it from the Telegraph but this is the Guardian.

Since relegation Swansea have ended to start of poorly then hit some form late on and fall short. Potter fell short after a draw v Derby at home I recall. Cooper with "loan doping" got th club into play offs twice without success in Covid.

Williams and Sheehan a bit further adrift. There seems to be a pattern of good but not good enough.

Do you have data.? It is a reason not to get on a boat. People need guarantees to take dangerous trips. If there is a 25% chance of return than the risk is too great for some. It has to be a significant number. It makes no difference to France.

War in the Middle East

This is totally wrong. UK is no longer a military superpower and is not a policeman. UK does not approve of Chinese authoritarian rule for example. We can only express our opinion and side with our European allies.

Iran would remove its leaders on it own. None one suggesting non involvement approves of Iran's excesses.

We have two fundamentalist nations vying for domination. Iran says it would eliminate Isreal in words. Isreal is actually trying to eliminate Iran in actions.

I am not a religious person but understand the pagan Romans were in conflict with the Israelite's in Palestine if that is the correct name. Crikey you should know as a popular pseudo religious poster and third in the POTY 2023.

Take for example Masada. ai says this.

You are assuming all Muslims are fundamentalists. This is fake now and after 3 or 4 generations of assimilation who knows? I suspect most Bangladeshi ancestors see themselves as English in 2080 or so . No more a threat than English catholics. A good number will have become atheist.

Brexit has fast. tracked Asian immigration for the jobs the Europeans used to do. Many Asians are not Muslim but Hindu or other faiths.

This is a Holy War

The attack on Iran was instigated by Benjamin Netinyahu and is effectively a holy war. One of several that has occured over the centuries going back to the Romans and Crusaders.

A war between religious fundamentalists on both sides. Historically UK has been closer to the Isreali side in these matters. Iran is historically anti UK.

UK needs not to get involved . We got 457 deaths in Afghanistan for nothing. We kicked out the Taliban for 20 years and now they are back in control and we have thousands of refugees fasting hard for the love of Allah.

The leader of USA has insulted our soldiers before and showed them no respect. He will do it again.

He is not a good war partner. Stay out

The days of supporting Isreall have long gone. They supervised a massacre of 3000 refugees 43 years ago..

Now they have carried out what UN called a Genocide in Gaza. Killing thousands at will. Their PR is powerful and lobbying excellent such that UK weaklings turn away and declare it did not happen or it was justified

Isreal is a "Rogue state" beyond our influence and the norms I if international law . No way should Starmer join this war. It is a war started by a rogue state..

I am all for these things. Cable car and tram to Mumbles. UK is fabulously rich only the working classes unemployed and Government that has no money.

I do not know much about this scheme but it is an attraction. Is it a transport thing or a Tourist thing?

Attractions help tourism. I went last year to Bosnia and went up one in Sarajevo. No snow unfortunately but something to do.

Starmer wi get kudos for staying out of he sticks to his guns and does not get intimidated or agitated but the War drums. Tony Blair acquiesced and j out bed USA in Iraq. It was based on fake US / isreali intelligence. The man an apologised years later. He was WEAK and did not do his homework..Millions dead and Iraq under Iranian influence.

Harold Wilson stood firm and kept UK out of Vietnam. Today that is seem as his biggest achievement.

Starmer must stick to his plan and not be pushed around by Trump. Iran will be a mess and he will get credit for not getting involved in a holy war between Jews Shia and Sunnis and Kurds.

Because we are not involved we do not need to offer UK for Iranian refugees
