Got my Plymouth ticket today online thanks, did check with the ticket office as to my Jack Army status as I cannot see it anywhere on the App or any of the website pages just showing season ticket holder no reference to Jack Army and questioned loyalty point and cashback after watching the Crawley game was advise the ticketing system wasn't up to date yet?

It’s quite simple Richard, they will go on sale when they are ready, don’t expect to know about it, it just happens, and then your journey begins. And anyway if you live in Chester or Nottingham you can just nip down to the ticket office and knock on the fecking window !

If you go to the Swansea Web page,
www.swanseacity.com sign in
Click on the head and body icon on the top to go to your dashboard,

Then click 'edit profile' to see your profile menu.
Then go to Cash# you can see your cash money back and it lists a number of your status' from over the years it includes this year's Jack Army membership and Season ticket for this season.

Haven't looked any further but I was sure at one time it showed Jack army season ticket hold on the ticketing site, might be wrong .

Might have a look at my Link Account Number options as it shows my account number for ticketing and for the shop another from my networked season ticket account holders and will have to work out how to change it.

It does seem to be a bit of a mess at the moment the various websites sites seem to be not doing what it says it should and one ticketing link shows only the Watford game and another link shows the three now available it took me two attempt to buy the Plymouth ticket because the card payment verification timed out after the 5 mins time for the transaction, with rotating icon of patience on screen, Retraced all the previous steps and verification accepted, transaction successfully, yeah!!! Waiting for my ticket to drop into the App and email with ticket attached to arrive into my mail box.
I'm wondering if my phone needs upgrading to a ridiculously expensive one
