Don't know if anyone else picked up on this, I saw it straight away even on my phone. Muniz turned the ball into the net after it had rebounded off of Manning. As Muniz was inside the penalty area when he touched the ball, according to law 16, The Goal Kick, the kick should have been taken again notwithstanding the referee blowing because the ball was moving when Peretz kicked it.
I mentioned this to a Fulham supporter friend and his response was that such rules only apply to teams outside of the top 4 or 5 in the Premier League. He has a point. Beware of the dodgy VAR decision when we play Arsenal. |  | | |  |

That’s what I thought it had been disallowed for before all the talk about the moving ball.
TBF I was watching on TV and the TV cameras didn’t show the original incident live (or if they did I was looking the wrong way) so when they finally caught up with the action I wondered why Manning was on the floor and why the ball was in the net. |  |

Watching the highlights on motd and they said right decision wrong reason, as in as well as the moving ball, the ref thought Manning had a head injury so game was stopped |  |
