my first ever thread and post. Has anybody else experienced problems at the ticket office, i have had a very silly (nice words) incompetent young lad called Connor who looks puzzled at any question asked, dealing with my season ticket renewal. firstly i get sat the opposite side to the ground than my nephews seat normally next to mine in w block ellerslie. then he credit checks for z finance for my nephew using somebody elses details and they get lumbered with another season ticket and bill. Thank god for Shaun who works their as he has sorted everything out for me, as it was a complete balls up from the start. RANT OVER!!! |  | | |  |

Oi, don't blame the Under 8's. I got exactly the same call regarding my boy's season ticket and he is an under 8. In fact I think it was someone called Connor who rang telling me I needed to provide proof of age for him. When I pointed out that this will be his 3rd season having a season ticket and they already had a copy of his birth certificate he mumbled something about checking the details and said he would get back to me if there was a problem. Not a word since. |  | | |

Think our box office has always offered fantastic service if you go in and deal with them face to face. Always had excellent experiences and they've been pretty flexible and got to know various family members by name who go in regularly for tickets. | | | |

Except when you buy a couple of tickets for a game 2 days before kck off, and are told by the guy you are dealing with is to pick them up on the day of the match.
1 hr later receive an e mail saying the tickets have been posted out to me.
fcking trouble i had trying to get copies on match day because surprise surprise the tickets never came before Saturday
