I said to young Crowe when i saw the line up, that it was team picked to try and ensure a couple of wins at home on 1 and 4 Jan. Felt like yesterday's team selection was purely about saving legs for those games and if we should chance on a point or three then that's a bonus. |

As a fairly seasoned business traveller, BA has been diminishing as a product for years now. To be honest, as long the flight is on time i don't really care on short haul. Even the Avios programme which has kept me in 'free' flights for years has been devalued. But they're still better than easyjet, ryanair and charter flights on short haul. And worse than most (except US carriers) on long haul. |

As McGrath was saying on TMS this morning, Bazball should only be applied to the second innings. i think i agree. |

A decent point at a tough ground on the day of the year we usually lose on....i would've taken a point before KO and i'll sure as hell take it today, as i will at West Brom. Win your home games and get what you can on the road, that's what will keep us in an around the playoffs. |

I hear you brother. If that wasn't bad enough Mrs Crowe insists on stocking presents being wrapped too....is that a real thing....certainly didn't happen on my parents' watch. I'm also terrible at setting up new tech electronics (eg. new TVs)...just don't have the patience. Quite good at ironing though. |

Heard good things about The Brook Green Hotel on Shepherds Bush Road. 10-15 minute walk to the ground. Close to Hammersmith Underground station for quick trains into central London sightseeing/shopping etc. c.£100 a night for a room if you book early enough i think. |

It's a great question from the OP. Love Chair to bits but he's not an auto starter for me....depends on the oppo. If we're going for blitzkreig then probably not as i think he has a tendency to slow the game down. But he's a super important player for unlocking a tight defence in a tight match. As i said, a great question and one we've also been debating in the Crowes nest. |

Don't know but we all commented before the game that the police presence seemed much more than usual given that we're playing Leicester which seem to have decent fans and doesn't seem a tasty fixture. |

Mein gott...when was the last time the crowd charted 'we want 5'? We were as excellent and Leicester were woeful. Dembele turned in a sublime first half, Mbengue dominant, Kone get his just reward and Koki getting a goal it felt like he needed. So many boxes ticked. Stephane must take lots of credit - he was orchestrating throughout the game - reckon he knows what he's doing and the players are responding. Happy Flipping Christmas |
