This makes no sense to me as we went 1-0 down in 24 of our matches and lost three times from 1-0 up. Do you think they've missed a key word out here or something?

The only thing I can think of is the number of minutes we were behind in games. For example if we lost 1-0 and the winner was in the 88th minute, that would only count as being behind for 2 minutes. As you say we went down 1-0 in 24 of our matches, so I am sure that would amount to more than 18.9% based on that.
An interesting stat I saw in yesterday's paper was that Jack Tucker was one of only seven players in the EFL who played in every minute of every game last season. |  |

I think that must be right, it must be an average of minutes in a game (as a proportion of 90 minutes) that we were behind over 46 games. An interesting stat though.
