When Swansea was a proper looking city and people really were free to do what they wanted.1984 me and my mate both aged 14 yrs old went to London Millwall away with FOSCFA and both our parents thought we were over each other's houses. [Post edited 27 Sep 13:37]

It's insane none of it makes sense all I keep hearing about today is some bloke called Tomo sticking a knife in a dinghy like nothing else matters or nothing else is happening in the world.

Absolutely bang on..
I went to Belfast earlier this year and done "The troubles" tour on Falls road and Shankill and both loyal and republian tour guides said that the illegal imagrant problem are uniting both sides, they all said both sides want the "peace" wall taken down so they can carry on with thier lives but the government want it up. |

We use this place a lot bit of a hike from Swansea but brilliant proper oldie worldie pub/village, proper grub in the heart of Wiltshire 5 minutes walk from the canal in total darkness in the night you will see chinooks flying over on exercise. Brilliant owners from London big Arsenal fans and they have SKY sports 👏 |

The world has changed dramatically in the last 25 yrs, if you go back 25yrs pre 9/11 the world as a whole building up to 9/11 was generally pretty steady. The world today now is full of hate,greed and corruption from Royals/Politicians down to the man on the street, you have to be left wing or right wing when in reality 99.9% of us are neither I fear the next 25 yrs I'm so glad I was born in the 70's played in the parks and climbed trees. Teenager in the 80's growing up mixing with other youngsters Discos, discovering drink sex and a bit of dope. Hit the 90's discovering foreign travel with mates parties, raves and then bought my own house and all the freedom that came with that...all without a pot to p1ss in.
I remember my oldman saying to me early 1990's you dont know how lucky you are...today I just pity kids for whats to come |

Flew home from Majorca that evening the airport was bonkers, you could only carry your passport on the plane and 1 small bottle of water that was given to you, you had to sit seat belt all the way no food or drink served and had to escorted to the toilet one at a time by two cabin crew
Landed in Rhoose airport armed police and police dogs patrolling everywhere even the runway, driving home listening to R1 playing somber music thinking sh1t wtf is happening.....I honestly believe the world has never been the same since,up to that point we were all just coasting
God help the next 25yrs |

This whole thing is madness, the report came on the radio just now about thuggish behaviour... WTF?
Should the report not start with how the feek could a rubber dinghy full of ilegal people cross the channel for 10hrs and then get escorted by the OUR RNLI into one of OUR ports at Portsmouth and then get protected by OUR government and OUR police
They are taking us for idiots, I think like this, my family thinks like this, my mates think like this, my work colleagues think like this...we must be all be totally unreasonable one 🤷♂️
