People call farage a chancer but burnham is the same just the other end of the spectrum. hes that smug irritating college lecturer who thinks hes down with the kids and can be found in the student union trying to fit in by spouting and doing whatever he can to be accepted but doesnt realise the kids see him for what he is. A bit of a t**t. Another career politician whos done sweet fa in the real world. |

Re the perscriptions. Wife used to do ward rounds. People would be told to take parcetamol and would refuse to leave until they had it perscribed by a hospital pharnacist. Some would wait for hours to get it for free rather than pay what 30p in the shop and therefore could not get discharged. Aot of the nHS ills are not just Down to bad management and staff, the general public alsi have alot to answer for. How many get given an appointment but dont turn up etc. |

My wife works in the nhs at a fairly decent level in primary care. Is dedicated and takes her job seriously and is commited. However, the stuff she comes back with about staff taking the piss (not all but sufficent to effect the standard of service) and doing things that would lead to the sack in the private sector. Managers are wishy washy and cant manage because they are afraid of the unions. |
