Remember when we had shirts sponsored by JD Sports (first league one year maybe?) I walked into a JD Sports in Newcastle and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a QPR shirt amongst the million Newcastle kits and gear.

I think that was the last home shirt I brought and I often wonder if I was the only one who brought one in the entire North East.

This isn’t the Cambridge Union so we don’t need to talk to each other this way.

You’ve posted a table yourself where QPR are 13th out of 24 in terms of delivery for our division.

Does that really deserve to be labelled ‘shockingly under delivered’? Or is it a tad over the top?

Bristol were freaks that year those players were produced and and other sold. Not done much since or prior.

Might as well compare ourselves to Man City.

Agree with Derby, it's very OTT. Barely anyone raised an eyebrow when we had a 15 year gap between Langley and Lumley or whatever it was.

Les quoted 33 first team appearances since he arrived.

That probably didn’t include Kolli.

Eze and a handful of others aside, no one pulled up any trees granted, but compared to near zero for the previous ten years at least the machine is working.

That’s why I get annoyed when people say good riddance when a YT coach leaves or call them EDI unicorns because that is a huge leap.

Getting rid of players is hard. It’s very rare I’ve seen us give us a player a new contract and thought ‘why the fck we done that?’
