So far Crawley are 1-0 up, can't see MK doing a Liverpool type turnaround tbh... |

Contracted players could potentially be loaned out or sold on, though for the most part probably not for massive fees in the latter scenario. It depends on how much DC values them and their ability. |

Not surprised to see Hornby, Akinde and Dallison leave. Hornby isn't quite good enough for us & L2. Akinde has played well for us but his age was against him & hasn't been the consistent goalscorer we need. Dallison hasn't been consistent enough and his season has been a little stop-start (though tbf to him a lot of it was injury related). I wonder who our management team are lining up? |

So S****end will have their local derby next season - just not against us. |

I think theyll either be sold on or loaned out. I can't see any contracts be paid up or terminated early tbh. [Post edited 4 May 12:13]

Out of those Noah is the only one who's contract is up for renewal though I hope McGeehan also stays. I wonder if DC will aim for some of his old players like Sean Spraggett? |

I absolutely agree with that, it is such a shame that big John isn't more of a consistent goalscorer as his all round play is very good. Hopper is very similar and is another very good player but again not a consistent goal scorer and I think he is contracted for another year (though he could be loaned out) |

I agree with those and as for the contracts expiring I'd like to see: Staying: McGeehan, Chilvers and Cooper - McGeehan definitely, Chilvers is great when he's having a good game but needs more consistency and Cooper has lots of potential, Possibly Dallison as well but perhaps we need someone a little more consistent at the back? I feel the others need to move on - Hornby in favour of a more experienced keeper & Akinde has done well but is it currently in our best interests to keep a 35 year old striker or do we need a consistent goalscorer? The EFL must have raised quality standards as this kind of reminds me of the time that Braintree Town were in the NL Playoffs years ago. I wonder what would have happened if BTFC achieved promotion and had an EFL Cup draw at Cressing Road against a huge club like Birmingham City or Leeds United? Unless of course Col U would have loaned them use of their ground.... |

He should have also brought in a much better striker to replace Joe Taylor and loaned one or 2 more of our youngsters who were no more than fringe players out out but that never happened. |
