| Forum Thread | ex-R's - Rowly at 11:11 17 Aug 2013
Always like to keep an eye on ex-R's, especially the ones I was sad to see leave (Blackstock, Cook, Rowlands etc.. adding Mackie to the list). Anyone know what happened to Rowly? He played 33 games for Leyton Orient last season (according to wikipedia) but has now dropped down 2 divisions to Aldershot town in the conference.. [Post edited 17 Aug 2013 11:11]

| Forum Thread | Why I refuse to be negative at 11:29 26 Jul 2013
Looking back at previous squads - I remember starting seasons with Zesh Rehman & Danny Cullip in defence & Stefan Moore up front. Even then I was ridiculously optimistic because a new season brings fresh start from 3pm on match day. Sure - much has changed, but they club's moved forward. We have better infrastructure, owners that can hold a reasonable conversation and seem to listen to the fans (on tickets prices etc). We're in a much better place now that 10 years ago. I have faith that we'll be even better in 10 years. And we just spent 2 years in the premier league!! We lost a lot of games but we were in the Prem for 2 years. After years of playing Southend, Colchester etc I got 2 years of watching Liverpool, Man U etc. Seeing us beat Liverpool & Chelscum. Despite all the heartache, I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Pre season hasn't been great. But it's a new season. Anything can happen from 3pm on matchday. All starts then. |

Released by Norwich. Decent keeper, and surely much cheaper than Green. Worth a shot to me (excuse the pun) |
| Forum Thread | West Ham parking question at 14:23 15 Jan 2013
Taking my extremely old (and sadly West Ham supporting) grandfather-in-law to the West Ham game. He's not been there in 60 years. Not being the most mobile, we'll have to drive to the game. If I get there nice and early - does anyone know if there's any decent/easy parking around the stadium? I could drop him off close, and then park somewhere else if needed. Any idea? |
| Forum Thread | in the arsenal end yesterday at 10:53 28 Oct 2012
friend of mine had a spare ticket, so sat in with the arsenal fans. made me realise a couple of things: - there is no atmosphere at Arsenal. Fans barely sang/supported - every club has idiots who scream at their fans (guy behind me shouted at ramsay throughout the game - "you're rubbish", "get off", "he's done nothing except hit the bar" - QPR support is excellent. All i could were the R's chants and songs. Wish I was there. |
| Forum Thread | 3 things we need at 23:18 1 Oct 2012
1. More strength & guts in the center. Granero & Faurlin are class, but will be bullied/bossed by stronger opponents. We need a Diakite type (but without the red cards) 2. A winger willing to take their man on. 3. A forward who can play in close to Zamora, and pick off shots from his head/chests down. |

Kept me going through the summer, and have fired me up for the new season. Great articles and stats from Clive & guest contributors, and plenty of good debate in the forum. With a few exceptions, Rs fans are the simply the greatest. YOU Rssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss |
| Forum Thread | Changing ST seat.. at 15:49 13 Jun 2012

| Forum Thread | Seat question - T block at 16:32 25 May 2012
Hi all, Trying to shift my season ticket seats (last season, was in S block seat 74) was stuck behind a massive pillar, blocking the view of the corner of the pitch). The box office said I can go into the stadium, but I'm travelling for work and can't get there for 3 weeks. Anyone know if the view is good from T block, around seat 75? What I really want to know is, is there a bloody pillar in the way! Or, does anyone have a good link to a seatmap (i've search online, but can't find a decent one that shows exact location of seats). |
| Forum Thread | Renewing season ticket but moving the seats? at 10:42 22 May 2012
I want to renew my season ticket, but my seats this season were right behind a bloody great post. Anyone know if I can renew now, but change the location of the seats? Can't seem to do it online.. |

| Forum Thread | Man U seat question at 08:37 4 Apr 2012
Morning, Just got my tickets for Man U. First time visiting the stadium and I have a quick question: - My tickets (according to my email confirmation) have not got an allocated seat number or row.. Is that normal when buying away tickets? I'm presuming the 2 tickets I've bought will be sat next to each other? |
| Forum Thread | Some QPR fans... at 00:06 5 Feb 2012
.. why do some fans even bother to turn up? Fella behind me (trying to impress his mates) spent the whole match on the case of our players.. moaned every time someone got the ball ("derry you're useless"), didn't give the new signings a chance, screamed about every substitution ("oh, we might as well play with 9 rather than bring hulse on"). Winds me up. I get it - the team doesn't always perform. But, ffs, they're OUR team. Now I might have thoughts about Shaun Derry's speed, or Mackie's abililty, or SWP's propsensity for going outside a player, but I keep them to myself and try and cheer and clap every positive thing we do. For me - the worst thing about today was not losing, but some of the "fans" around me. And I have a season ticket, so I'm bloody stuck with them. |
