Regarding Yalcouyé there is probably footballing reasons why he has suffered for game time. Getting himself sent off against QPR didn't help.

Really frustrating today. On another day we could have scored a couple of goals. Coventry didn't impress me and I thought they were there for taking in the first 30 mins and the last 15 mins. Vipotnik and Cullen both missed chances. Definitely wouldn't have subbed Vipotnik unless he was injured?

Don't understand the Vipotnik substitution sorry. Thought Coventry looked vulnerable in the last 15 mins. Inoussa is a frustrating to watch.

What about the rest of the players we signed? Nearly all of them have not lived up to expectation. I think Burgess has been disappointing this season. We have not seen enough of Inoussa. Galbraith has been outstanding and Stamenic is improving.

Replacing him in January will be tough. If West Ham come in with a big offer I doubt the club will stand in his way. With the right coaching he can only get better. He does go missing sometimes in games but we need to give him better service.
