Form an orderly queue...

...as I think there may be a lot of people wanting to argue with McGreal.
One assumes this "brilliant" season will not have gone unnoticed elsewhere. I'm sure the chairman is already fielding calls from other clubs keen to secure the services of a manager such as JM.

Typical commuting chaos this evening at Liverpool Street, compounded by zero information from Lesser Anglia. As I was about to board a train someone told me it has just been cancelled but the next intercity service would be on platform 12 and that’s where he was heading. The gentleman in question was none other than Dion Dublin!

Someone set fire to several pallets of artificial turf. Cost of damage reported to be “six figures”.
Who would do such a thing?
Colchester's world record holder
at 09:42 4 Apr 2019
Or it will be when it opens!
Can't believe I'd not heard of this until this morning. A feather in the town's cap in my opinion but can Colchester claim any other world record holders...past or present?
Driving in Europe
at 17:46 1 Apr 2019
Not trying to start a Brexit debate.
Just in case anyone was planning to drive in the EU any time soon please be aware you need to take action to ensure you are travelling legally on the correct IDP. Action also required if you a UK licence holder living in the EU. Failure to do so may require you to take another driving test!
Another note of caution...you will need a form, or forms, from the Post Office (not all IDPs will be valid in all EU countries so you may need more than one). As the majority of people knew nothing about this until very recently there was a bit of a scramble for the forms and, naturally, every Post Office within a reasonable distance of my office in central London ran out last week.
If you are abroad for Easter best check it out.

Whilst most of us are less than happy with recent performances and results at Col U spare a thought for the fans of Fort William in the Highland League.
Following a hard fought 12 - 1 loss at Turriff Utd yesterday they remain bottom of the table. The mind boggling numbers are:
P27 W0 D2 L25 F17 A199 GD -182
They really do have something to moan about.
Darren Moore sacked by West Brom

Really disappointed to hear he was sacked after the game against Ipswich. 4th in the Championship and very likely to secure a play off spot. Seems crazy to me.

For those with access to BT Sport there is a 15 programme about Macauley Bonne at 16.30 this afternoon.
Am I missing something?
at 14:03 21 Aug 2018
Park & Ride timetable lifted from the club's website just now. It would appear to me that the last bus heading back to town leaves 15 minutes into the second half of an evening game. This alternative to the defunct shuttle bus service appears of no use to me or have I missed something painfully obvious.

The transfer window closes at 17.00 tomorrow.
Should we expect any further business involving Col U, either arrivals or departures?
If yes to the above, where do we need further recruits, who may be interesting other clubs and who may benefit from a loan period elsewhere?
Has the club dealt with this transfer window in a more or less satisfactory manner than we've seen in recent years?
