Reply | Is Jay Fulton undroppable ?
at 13:50 2 Nov 2026
For me, Martin lost my support when he sent Fulton to the doghouse, derided him to force him out of the club, and telling him in public statements that he was free to leave the club. Then Martin decides to bring him back to the fold after no takers in the market, and Jay, the true professional, helps lead the club to almost making the playoffs.
It's Jay's true professionalism with so much class and about how he handled that awkward time of his career that stands out. No, he would be the first to say that he's not undroppable, especially when there are as many games to be played in 7-8 days. But we/I sure like his consistency, especially with this young squad. He and Eustaquio make a good tandem. [Post edited 2 Nov 14:03]

Yes, all 4 of my brothers and I were Eagle Scouts. My two sons were Eagle Scouts, as all of my brothers' sons. Our family has a rich scouting heritage. |

Welsh has taken his opportunity (due to Burgess injury) to show that he can play at the top level of the Championship and has done it magnificently. Credit to Matos in believing in him even though Welsh is right-footed yet playing on the left side. Fans and the media for appreciating his superb play. And Lefevre for recruiting him. |
