I hope they get hit hard: they’ve tried to cheat their way out of punishment for the last few years knowing full well they are guilty.

He started for them yesterday as well.
Obviously showing the form that he did for us earlier this year so any hope of a return in January looks over. Not needed at the moment though anyhow as we are well covered at centre back.

Needs focused training to become a winger as he’s not and never will make it as a centre forward.
Always thought he could be a poor man’s Adama Traore with his strength and speed: his stats are 33 goals in 425 appearances.

He’s been an excellent signing for us: whereas you mostly read negative stuff from previous clubs’ supporters it was telling how highly rated he was from Bournemouth and Forest.

Some foolish comments recently that his legs had gone and he was finished: I think not.

Stephan stands by team selection after QPR draw and gives Clarke-Salter update
at 07:51 4 Oct 2025

Think that’s unfair on Frey.
First start of the season, not his fault he was paired with Kone (who he outperformed on the day IMO) instead of Burrell. Clearly short of match fitness and also probably the first time he’s been played in a two up front at QPR instead of being sole striker and the focal point of the attack.
I think he’ll contribute this season as a decent enough back up to Kone.

It’s certainly impressive and it’s got to be beneficial for our younger players to be involved at that level.
Hopefully Saito gets given his debut.

Third series of Alice in Borderland now on Netflix. One of the best Japanese series I think, the games are always well thought out and interesting.

Yeah you really make me angry Barry 🤣🤣🤣
And you don’t speak for anyone but yourself.

Following your flawed argument we should be playing all the youngsters all the time then but you don’t seem to be as obsessed with Morgan/Kolli/Bennie/Pearman etc.

Nice early move to take up the mantle colin: hoping it all works out.

Spaceman had a good run at it but you could tell his enthusiasm was waning and his admission to wearing the pink shirt for the Sheffield game was disappointing.

You seem weirdly obsessed with who plays at left back this season and very upset that Esquerdinha is not starting every game.
It must vex you that RND has started so well for us (which has coincided with our upturn in results).
I’m sure your lad will get some minutes soon enough but everyone who watches QPR would agree RND is starting every game on merit.

I was going to reply to your original pre game post saying you were too pessimistic about the team selection but luckily couldn’t get a signal on the tube as it turned out you were spot on after all 😉

What a dull match, neither keeper really troubled at all.
Poor team selection from the off and poor to not rectify it at half time.
Pretty much a half hour game once the right players were on to win it but never really looked like it was going to happen.
Hopefully we have learnt that playing both Field/Hayden and Frey/Kone is a non starter.

Norrington Davies my man of the match which says it all about what a piss poor attacking force we were all game.

Lesser spotted Clarke Salter

Massive benefit of hindsight but it’s a shame we didn’t cash in on him the summer after his ‘full’ decent season as I’m sure he’d have generated some interest. But as we didn’t then giving him a longer contract made sense as the hope would’ve been his injuries were behind him and he could keep up his great form.
Just got to hope this is a minor setback and we’ll see him back in the first team soon enough.

I have him on block but can easily guess the gist of what he’s posted as it follows a general theme.
I’m sure he’s a lot more active on the Leicester City forum nowadays anyhow.

Cifuentes’ honeymoon period looks like it’s over already: 10 goals in 8 matches and we will go ahead of them if we win tomorrow.

Great job by the European fans as well: I bet they had to put up with a lot of sh1t from their American equivalents over the last 3 days.

The biggest European names haven’t delivered today: I’m sure the lads playing in the last few games thought they’d have a relatively relaxing round with no pressure on them……

Most annoying thing is when a ball is hit into the crowd and about100 spectators feel the need to rush over and surround the ball even though they are six deep there are so many of them.
Cockwombles.

Great to see the European lads giving it back to the foul mouthed and abusive muppets trying to put them off.
