Isaac Hayden
at 17:03 2 Dec 2025

Think Hayden should be getting a look in, alongside Madsen. Expect with all the games coming up between now and early January, we will see Hayden getting starts. I blow a bit hot and cold with Varane he tend to have this annoying trick outside our own box of turning back and on a few occasions at home been robbed of the ball. Madsen vast improvement on last season. But as someone has outlined the re-sale opportunities are with Madsen and Varane, if we do sign Edwards expect one of those 2 will be sold.

Good player, carried on playing I think to he was nearly 40 at the top level for the Hammers. May he rest in peace.

Football - lost its sparkle?
at 11:55 27 Nov 2025

Got my love back for QPR and football in general in 2014 after not going to Loftus Road since 1986. Got a season ticket in 2015 and been going regularly ever since. Started playing walking football at age 56, 6 years ago after not playing since my mid 20s. Love it and the competitive nature now play for one of the top walking football clubs in Northamptonshire , and been top goalscorer twice in over 60s league in last 18 months. Watching football and still playing it albeit at a slower speed is still great, also great for banter and physical and mental health in general. Our club has around 130 walking football players, superb set up and playing on a 3G pitch is fantastic.

Nice away win at a ground where we have struggled regularly in the past to get anything, well done Rangers

Poku - Missing on Saturday?
at 15:17 24 Nov 2025

Have I missed something, thought Poku was now fit and available for Saturday's game against Hull - but was missing from the matchday squad. What is happening with him, is he fit or not, does anybody know?

Kone
at 19:30 23 Nov 2025

Kone is coming along nicely, just needs a goal to get him going again. I am a big fan of Burrell and have been since his debut against Preston. As already said we now have 2 decent strikers in Kone and Burrell with an option of Kolli as well. Even Frey as a late sub is a decent option for certain games. Sure Kone will soon start firing again.

Eze bags a hat trick

This is my hope, he returns to QPR in his mid 30s and plays a part in whatever league we are in at that time. Class act is our Ebere Eze.

Kone

I agree, but yesterday he did look better than in previous home matches. Think we should go with Burrell and Kolli up top at Blackburn with Kone as option off the bench. Burrell has been a fantastic signing and is getting vital goals and looks a real bargain at £1m. Kone will come good but needs probably a spark to get him going, and possibly some intense fitness work to sharpen him up.

Chair - Back On Song At Last
at 10:12 23 Nov 2025

Thought Ilias delivered a great performance yesterday, back to his Loftus Road best in my opinion. Thought he linked up with Norrington- Davies very well and drove us forward.

Played well today, thought Chair had a superb match and Dembele much better. Like Norrington-Davies at LB, very solid, wonder if we can sign him. Burrell is proving a very important player for us and nicking those vital goals.

50 years ago today
at 15:57 12 Nov 2025

Went to 2 games that season as a 12 year old, with my Dad, Ipswich Town and Leeds United. The anticipation and atmosphere was fantastic, getting the tube from Northolt, where we lived to White City. A trip I was to do many times over the years. The Leeds game was really buzzing as it was the last home game of the season and Rangers had to win after fatefully losing away to Norwich to see if they could take the 1st division title. Loftus Road was rammed with around 35,000 that day. Always remember that game probably more than any other, due to Norman Hunter's shorts splitting and us winning 2-0.

The nillest nil nil that ever did nil – Report
at 10:13 10 Nov 2025

We are such a passive football club, which just seems to drift along and as described in Clive's report this is pretty much how this game passed by. At the moment not really connecting with this manager, or is it a case of just being worn down by our passiveness over the last few years.

Burrell

Like him, works hard and took his goal really well last night again, think he has been the best signing this summer, and he is improving all the time. Kone has gone off the boil, looks unfit and put on the pounds, possibly eaten Pokku and that's why he is missing.

They Couldn't Wait Until Wednesday 10pm To Sack Him - QPR Vs Southampton Thread
at 10:16 6 Nov 2025

What I took from last night is and has been all season is we have a very good player in Burrell (our best signing this summer) and Norrington-Davies should be signed if we can afford him. I actually thought Southampton played pretty well and came with a game plan not to lose and were able to profit from our mistakes. Lack of height and physicality in our team still a problem

RND was superb tonight, shame he was let down by those around him, really tried hard all game, and Burrell again worked hard and got his goal, but again most of the rest fell short. Rangers are so prone to making costly errors and get easily punished. Overall we are a bang average team with a bit of promise, but lacking quality and consistency to progress. I actually think we have a better squad of players than we have had for a few seasons, whether the manager is right who knows, at the moment his tinkering is not helping.

Ipswich Reflection

Excellent post, got it in a nutshell. Ipswich were a class above and we let them get an easy victory , vey much on par with Boro last season. Norrington-Davies is a starter for me, was concerned when saw young Brazilian lad in his place. Nunes very good player and he was able to command it a bit.

Our fans today were pathetic
at 08:56 2 Nov 2025

Think most of us who were there thought it was a done deal at 4-1 down. I don't mind if people leave early if they feel they've seen enough and myself gave it to the 85th minute, but felt the team were going nowhere against a much better team. Thought the atmosphere yesterday was generally muted for a large crowd and most of that was down to Ipswich's 1st minute goal and conceding in the Ist minute of the 2nd half. Thought we were never really in this game and put it down to that 1st minute goal, uphill struggle all the way from then.
