How many of our squad have ambitions of playing in the PL? I'd suggest quite a few.

Hard to argue with that assessment. However, he is a striker and he is already ours. The alternatives seem to be
1 Keep Frey
2. Recall Celar from Dusseldorf
3. Promote from DS, e.g. Dillon, Vaughan, Hassan, Sanyaolu
4. Struggle on with Kone and Kolli until Burrell is fit
5. Use Smyth, Saito or 1 of the other midgets as a striker. Because that worked so well last season, I.e. WBA away
6. Try to loan/buy another striker for peanuts.
No 4 seems the only acceptable choice, but we'd probably need to go back to 4-2-3-1 |

V good result. As said, City have (bought) one of the best Academies in the country.
Bennie has made a good case for a loan at L1 level - if we can afford to let him go.
Also Brunson is only 16. |

How many opportunities is he going to get with us this season.? As far as I can tell, he's behind, Smyth, Poku, Dembele, Saito and Chair. L1 would be good for his development.
Seems a very sensible option to me - unless they want him as cover for our only 2 fit strikers (Kone and Kolli. If Frey is fit, I haven't seen any evidence). Unless there is a break clause on Alfie Lloyd's Orient loan. |

Did a decent job at Hull.
Was Coach, and allegedly the brains, behind Rooney at Derby, which is a poisoned chalice, if ever there was one.
Been doing well at unfancied Strasbourg. Got them to 7th in Ligue 1 on limited resources cf with the likes of PSG, Marseille. By some happy coincidence, Strasbourg are owned by the same group that controls North Battersea.
But as others have said, a lucrative, long-term deal for an appointment that will never see out the 6 year term.
Allegedly, Mourinho has made £25m from being sacked early from various jobs. Nice work if you can get it. |

One reason he hasn't been playing is fitness. Injuries, followed by limited training. As hinted at by JS, post match.
Is it any wonder he made errors. However, he ended the game as a contest because he scores goals. |

QPR beat Man Utd 3-0 on a bog and United got relegated that season.
I dont think Best ever played for them again. |

a) treat it as a postcard to the world, I.e. everybody can read it
b) don't post anything you couldn't say to somebody face to face. |

Very poor. Symptomatic of a team that won't be challenging at the top end.
I'm not usually 1 to criticise refs but thought he was extremely weak on the time wasting. 9 minutes could have been 15. Not that it would have made much difference. |
