If people could manage to be moderately civilised and not create an El Nino sized beer shower every time we score I'd be fine with it. But we all know that's a given. And as well as the ructions that would cause, there'd be loads more discriminatory abuse and general pissed up idiot behaviour.
So it's a no from me, Andy, unless you're including a season's supply of ponchos. |

I used to go two or three times a year but haven't been for ten so a lot of my references will be out of date now. Even then it was getting difficult to find an old school diner doing an inexpensive traditional NY breakfast, I imagine they're even thinner on the ground now.
I'd get the air train to the LIRR and go to Grand Central from there.
High Line is a must, but generally it's a city for just walking and wandering - Little Italy/Chinatown/Canal St/East Village, Soho, Greenwich Village, the list is endless. If you want a taste of something more American, take the PATH to Jersey City and go to the mall. |

I don't know why the journalist is stating that vitamin C is usually short in our diets. It's not, and it's especially not if you're an elite athlete following nutritional advice. Vit C is in pretty much all fresh fruit and vegetables, including potatoes, and you don't need much. So unless you never eat any fruit and veg, you'll be absolutely fine. [Post edited 22 Sep 15:56]

Our main threat in the second half, it was largely his skill and enterprise that lead to the draw. Must admit I didn't see that coming, but let's hope it's kick-started his QPR career. |

Come to the conclusion this is a bunch of arse.
I had a team with Marsh, Bowles, Taarabt, Eze, Chair, Dieng, Derry, Paal (can't remember the last three but they were all decent). 8th in the Championship. Come on now!
Or: Lumley, Joao Silva (who?), Giles Phillips, Sendles-White, Drewe, Sutherland, Pedder, Bolder, Balanta, Nutt, Ephraim. Only three of those were ever first team regulars. 23rd in the Championship. I'd love to see the team they suggest would have finished bottom! That lot would have done well to finish 23rd in L1. |

I'm sure you're right, but haven't we learnt our lessons? No one, especially all the professionals involved, should be taking any game at this level for granted.
Even Sheff Wednesday's depleted, moth-eaten team, one that accrued the lowest ever points tally in the Championship (before the points deduction) managed to avoid defeat in nearly a third of its games last season. |

I've no wish to join the legion of hardened pessimists here, but forgive me for not going full throttle happy clapper: we've won three games against teams currently in 16th, 19th and 21st. One loss from eight is encouraging and obviously we look better this season but there are still too many weaknesses in our game, as well as the injuries, to convince me we're going to stay near the top of the table for long when there are tougher games coming up. |
