We SO lack a leader at the back or in the middle of the park
Someone to really get everyone going a Viera Keane type
I do wonder if in this woke world those players are thing of the past? You can imagine a youth player getting yelled at by such a player and the complaining it’s affecting his mental health

The one thing Will Still did say that was right was the players seemed unfit and lacking stamina and needed physical training
Seems like we have had a fitness issue since the first days of Ralph to me
