Not good enough. Only player with any real credit for me is Ronnie Edwards, who played well again. Some continue to disappoint — Vale has been poor all season and Poku still hasn’t really fulfilled the potential we know he has. The goals we conceded were soft. Overall it was a shambles and nowhere near good enough. Players and staff need a long hard look at that performance. Standards. [Post edited 17 Oct 17:16]

A stupid goal to concede - a combination of Adamson and Kolli stuffed up Kemper should have scored when the ball was flicked on by Edwards to him We are still in this game but some players need to lift in the second half especially Vale, Poku Smyth and Kolli |

Good win and exactly what we need to be doing at home. Less impressive second half. We have a strong base of the team which is helping us enormously with higher standards now. Kemper was excellent. Edwards is playing so well each game. Smyth has improved so much since Julien became manager. Kamara is doing a lot of good work in our midfield which may go unnoticed too. Always a worry about these ongoing injuries we get. I hope Mbengue is ok but it did not look good. No idea where the referee got so much additional time in both halves. That really deserved to be a clean sheet. |

An enjoyable first half. Have played well - look to have a bit more penetration tonight - I like Kolli up front - he creates opportunities. |

I rate Kolli highly and think he’s our best finisher, so I get why he shot rather than passed. Hindsight is easy though — Kamara’s made those runs a few times this season and not received the ball when he’d have been through on goal. Kolli looked better than Kone when he came on. Kone still doesn’t look the same player he was when he arrived, hopefully he finds form again. Would like to see Kolli start against Derby midweek and bang in a couple. |

Third season running that injuries are holding us back from what this squad should be capable of. Yes, the calendar is a mess and 24 team leagues + international breaks don’t help, but the same problems keep happening under different managers. Whatever we’re doing with recruitment, conditioning or medical isn’t fixing it. |

Kolli probably should have passed to Kamara who would have had a great chance to score |

Shame we had to take Kemper, Smyth and Kolli off as we were in control. Agree first 70 minutes deserved the lead. All 4 subs we brought on made us weaker. In the end happy with the point. Amazing double save from Charles. We will need to start winning our home games to capitalise on good away form. U R's |

I enjoyed the podcast and not sure what all the fuss on X was about. It was a good and interesting discussion. |

7-0 away from home England are really good Can you please remind me why we decided to sit back against the Argies? |

Superb performance 6 nil up after 70 minutes Nearly 5am here in Aus and this is one of the best performances I have seen from England for a bloody long time even to say in my lifetime. Gordon has lifted massively since going to Spain. Bellingham is all class. Imagine how good England would be with Pierce Charles in goal Regardless super impressed Well done England [Post edited 4 Oct 5:04]

1. Melbourne Victory — been here since the late 90s, followed them from when they formed in 2004. Biggest club in the country. Even though the sport is run poorly. Tony Bloom (Brighton) owns 19.1%. Juan Mata — who refused to take a corner at the Loft end for Chelsea back in October 2011 — has finished as a player at Victory and is now a shareholder. He was the A League player of the season last season. 2. Geelong — AFL, because they wear the superhoops. More successful than QPR. Still not my sport. 3. Central Coast Mariners — on the list now Ruben / TSG own them. Sensible if CCM and QPR work together. 4. Goulburn Valley Suns — local side. Just won Victorian Premier League 2 and will now play in the Victorian Premier League 1. The highest level after the A League. 5. Anyone playing Chelsea Also enjoy watching American football, darts, snooker and tennis. [Post edited 26 Sep 0:49]

Thanks Clive agree a decent point. Ronnie, JCS and Kamara were immense. The referee was a homer thought and I hope we don't see him again too soon. |

Happy with the point. Chances in the second half with Burrell and Poku going close We kept them at arms length for most of the match Kamara played well second half I hope Varane ok - he took a nasty knock in the final few seconds Support from our fans was top notch as per usual too. Well Done. Good night everyone |

Solid first half from us. The own goal was a bit fortunate, but it came from some really good approach play from Vale, Poku and Burrell. That’s the sort of movement we need more of. Frustrating to concede a couple of minutes later. Quality finish from them, no argument, but we have to get out to the man earlier and block those efforts. Can’t afford to give them that much time and space. Smyth looks to have picked up an injury, which is a blow with the list already looking thin. The travelling support have been loud and proud as always. Second half now — come on you R’s. [Post edited 12 Sep 13:35]

My QPR XI — not the greatest ever one, just the one I enjoyed watching the most. Is that ok? Best case we should have 16 points now - worst case 15 points and we are only on 11 points in 4th position. If we improve our finishing and start banging them in we should do well U R's |
