Thanks for that. It's interesting. I just spoke with someone who had issues on the weekend with tickets and them being printed with the wrong match day. And this has happened a few times.
Also I reached out to the the Trust and they kindly helped and stepped in. Swans customer service sisd they are looking into it, but I won't hold my breath.
As a club, Swansea really need to re review their communication and attitude towards fans. Over the weekend, as a Swans TV subscriber, the stream was a mess. The commentary was out of sync from early on, then at around the 70 minute mark the stream just cut off completely and never came back.
I contacted the club and got no response at all. I also spoke to the streaming service Swans TV use and was told this was an isolated issue and somehow on my end, which I simply do not buy.
If anyone doubts that, go and watch the full match they uploaded on the club’s YouTube and jump to 27:44.
The audio is clearly out of sync, and plenty of people in the comments are saying the same thing. Yet apparently, according to them, this is just my problem and they received no complaints.
This feels very similar to the ticket office fiasco earlier in the season. The club badly needs a reality check and needs to start communicating properly instead of brushing things off.
If there were any other realistic options for watching all our matches, I would cancel Swans TV in a heartbeat. Sadly there are not. These issues have been happening for years now, and it is honestly a disgrace.
It turns you off as a fan for the club. I messaged there support team and they just reply with the generic response and take 0 responsibility.
It goes a long way for them to at least put a social media post out and say its an issue.
I work hard all week like most fans and look forward to the match. Win, Lose or Draw. But when the club lines its pockets, and not admit fault like they did with the ticket issue it makes you think what the hell is going on
The club likes to talk about it caring about the fans. But maybe they should look in the mirror once in a while.
It's not just a game for some of us, it's our lives and when mental health and life and events around it occurs all I want to do is to switch off and watch the team I support.
This isn't the first time or the last time it happens. I feel like a man alone on an island.
Would of been nice if Swans TV Stream actually worked. Audio (commentary) was out of sync and the stream disappeared around 70th minute. Couldnt enjoy the game at all.
Might be a bit controversial but Casey didn't blow me away with his performances. Not saying Burgess is immune from his moments, but Casey was just there for me. I might be wrong and he might be eventually a good championship player but Premier league?
With so many of there players out and there form, then in theory it's a good time for us. But this is the Swans 😂. Matos is up for December manager of the month alongside Tymon for player, which usually leads to disaster for us 😂. Please let me be wrong 😂
I was gonna say the same thing 😂. Until I I just saw he is going to league one. Not sure if that's a good move or not? We joke, but would they not rather have him gain further experience in the championship and not 2 leagues down?
If I was going to be hypocritical then Fisher was poor in goal. That first goal was shocker. Flapping his hands about. And his lack of penalty saves. If anyone should be on a social post to critism its him. But anyways. I'm proberly reading it wrong. As its fact being stated. Who knows
Very True. Look its all opinions. Yes we all know Wales and Yalcouye should of done better. But on another day, Yalcouye post shot would of gone in. Casey Header and also Galbraith fluffing one. I am not saying anyone is single playwrs out, but I think the team needs fans to get behind the team when we lose like this. And not do social posts like this. Love the Indy always have done. And maybe I'm putting my neck out. But tad unfair. Opinions I suppose.
Dont get me wrong. Yalcouye penalty was bad. But not sure its gonna help highlighting him and the teams general predicament will help. Facts are Facts. Yes. And we should of put that game to bed. But I'll take that performance over anything we saw under Sheehan. Alot to learn but we need to take the positives.
I'm I the only one who doesn't have any issues with Ward coming in? Brings experience if Santos goes, which was more of a Sheehan signing
Could help with Key's confidence and add an option. I understand people's concerns and yes I would like Parker to be given an opportunity, but he will bring more experience at a higher level than we'll the whole squad. That has to help??
The sad thing is those who read his articles are mostly unaware he is a fraud who steals news from others. Yes this goes on all the time but not sure if you have to give to him for being so thick skinned and not caring one bit about stealing or having any pride or feel sorry for him.
Im sure he didn't get into journalism just to take from others and not do your own research and take pride in that. Surely that like most journalists is something you drive for?
Wales Online clearly pays well and he sleeps at night Not sure if I could.
Imagine if this goes through Benson is going back to his club or another loan. Get back up or someone better for Key and we send maybe some players back out on loan and we move on from this window without drama and get on with climbing the table.
I was really underwhelmed by all our youth players in pre season. Cotteril being the worse. I mean even the senior players was bad to be fair as we lost against poor sides. For me something has to give. Cooper also has gone for featuring in Wales set up to hardly featuring when he was on loan. Congreve is also a odd one for me. He doesn't overly impress me when he was with us but seems like he is on fire on loan.
Refreshing to read clubs/managers are seeing what we are doing and that can only be a good thing down the line. Maybe it's always been the case? But at least the club is getting some stability and not a mess like Chelsea, Celtic, Man Utd etc. Granted they live in different worlds. I know it could mean very little come the end of the window and it's about results, and as Keith said lessons to be learned what happened with Kim. But I'm looking at hopefully we get 3 strong home wins in January and get up that table.
I think Galbraith is allowed to have a free pass. His contribution to the team this season has been immense. Personally I am not going to pick individuals out today due to the mad Xmas and New Year period. Let's get home and 3 home games to build on.
