I think Matos may go strong with this. Good chance of a win, keep the home form going, revenue for the club, opportunities for fringe players to get cameos. There would have been a week since the Millwall game and another before Birmingham. I reckon he’ll go for it.

So they said but that won’t bother them. Great goal though to be fair.

Will Nason make it to next Sunday I wonder?

WBA lose 10 in a row away from home. Beaten in the last minute to a screamer by Leicester City.

Well that was back then.

Look, I’ve no doubt getting this dictator away from ruling Venezuela is a great thing but it must break a whole host of international laws.

And as I’ve said, what next? He wouldn’t do the same with Kim Jong Il, I wonder why?

Or Starmer? I wish he would. He’d get very little resistance I’d have thought.

Something about this Venezuela situation really does not sit comfortably with me. As many on here know, I’m no bleeding heart liberal nor am I well versed in International Law but a country going into another one and kidnapping their president regardless of who he is / what he has done sets a very dangerous precedent. I can see no justification for their action though I am led to believe many Venezuelans are very happy about it.
Could they do the same with StarmeršŸ™šŸ˜‚

I thought I read somewhere that it was to be shown live on TV (though I couldn’t see the appeal to the wider viewer) but I can’t see it so I must have dreamt this up?

The only way you can say we were unlucky is the timing of the winner. Other than that we were well beaten especially in the first half.

The lead up to that goal came from a ā€˜foul’ by Burgess in the centre. That was harsh and games can be won and lost on poor decisions. I’m not blaming the ref for our loss though, we didn’t deserve much out of that but last minute goals always hurt.

Too true we can’t complain.

To not win one header in the box all afternoon it was always going to be on the cards. I expect more from Burgess and Cabango in thst area or we should be looking for some defenders with presence.

They deserved it but I’m seething.

Early subs I’d hope.

We’ve not competed in the midfield aerially at all and as happens all too often we are on the wrong side of the 50:50s.

Agreed. We are also not looking for the attack minded pass either. There have been options to play angled balls to form an attack but we decide to go back. Bit self inflicted this scoreline.

Too right. Both Burgess and Cabango having poor games.

Millwall have been very good though you have to say.

I’d bring Tymon on second half though.

Your first paragraph is something that is very often overlooked by people. It’s not always a case of playing the same team but a side to combat the strengths of the opposition without losing any of our own authority on a game. One size fits all does not apply ordinarily in football.

I believe so, yes. I’m not complaining so much about the corner being given but you see this week in week out and I’ve not seen a keeper penalised as yet. Vigoroux in fairness shouldn’t have pushed it especially with Linnington as ref!

This is typical. They’ve controlled the game for 70+’ then i post they’re bossing it and Cardiff score 3 tries in the last 8 minutes to get a losing BP.

I shall stfu in future😔

Currently stuffing the WRU 33-7 at The Brewery Field. Sounds like a good crowd there too.

Make that 33-12 after 75’.
