When he first came here, it was Tony who?..Anyone remember his first press conference?

Looking at it from Fernandes and fellow investors perspective when they bought the club it didn't seem a bad buy. Premiership club with a stadium with great real estate value but too small for the Premiership, lots of alternative stadium site possibilities with profitable development alongside, an experienced manager who loves the club and has just gained promotion and minimal debt.
What has he done with it!!? Unfortunately good intention don't excuse the mess we are now in. If he has learnt the lessons of his failure there is little sign of it when he decides because of a badly handled transfer window that the management team appointed for long term development, must now go for immediate promotion when they aren't capable of it and have introduced players who are also not good enough to achieve it. |  |
