New found out had an ansells sign on the front but was certainly not an ansells pub ! It wasnt straw on the floor it was sawdust . The roughest pub I have ever been to bar none.
They only sold rot gut cider as was mentioned -probably the nearest you could get to a Welsh version of a Pigalle /Montmartre absinthe den of the late 19 th century. |  | | |
