Fully expecting our release list to be similar to last year, All out of contract will be released and I think we will only offer deals on reduced terms to Lynch, O'Connell, Keohane, Lund and Baah if he hasn't already been sold to ensure we get compensation for him. We might take up the option on Joe Dunne, but seeing as he wasn't used at all it seems highly unlikely.
Also expecting Humphreys, Rathbone and possibly Morley to be sold in the summer.
Basically we are going to be left to build a squad from scratch with little to no funds like this season. It will at least make the CEO happy as it will be an express ticket to the national league which is where he believes we belong, and is why he must be removed from the club urgently. |  |

I am amazed The Dale have not issued the list or is BBM waiting for DB decision on the budget and who can go, because I would not be surprised if DB makes the decisions based on the amount they may want or earn. I could see him saying to BBM, "we can surely sign somebody from Bacup Borough for £50 a week and they can surely do the same job as Rathbone or Humphry". | | | |

I'm the opposite if we lose everyone it's a massive risk that could go either way. The players we've got with the right tweaks I think could be a very good League 2 team they also all seem to enjoy playing for BBM even throughout the poor run of results.
I'm expecting a mass clear out though not by BBM but on the orders of the bean counters. | |

Dale have to be rather carefull with cutting the wages budget as if Bottomley cuts it to deep which is a possibility then whoever the manager is may struggle for signing to get Dale out of Lge2.
God it could even be a struggle to stay in Lge2 and end up in the national league....

Sounds like the communication to the players is just as bad as it is with the fans.
Surely they'd have at least been told when they'd find out.
