New Niufer Yanya album dropped recently. Took me a while to warm to it but I thinks its pretty good. Not quite up there with her 2019 debut but well worth a listen.
This popped up on my YouTube feed the other day. I'd heard the name but wasn't familiar with any of their work. I listened and thought it was pretty decent.
Then I realised: It's from a reissued, remastered album. The original came out in 1980 and the band threw in the towel that very year . It doesn't sound dated to my ears though. 42 years old, incredible...
