Tottenham Game Matchday Thread on 00:06 - Feb 10 by dirk_doone | It was a great atmosphere. But, as often happens, TV viewers wouldn't always realize that because when a crowd is as loud as tonight's was, they have to reduce the volume for the TV broadcast so that the commentator can be heard. |
We (including Elijah) were in the away end mush, and he's right, for most of the game we were commenting we might've bought tickets in the home end by mistake it was so quiet. Could've been because we were on the side not behind the goal though, but even there you couldn't really hear our fans except a few goes at yellows and OWTS. That said those last 15mins were something else, absolute carnage round us when the goals went in, f*ck knows why spurs thought putting corporate just behind the away fans was a good idea, but it least it was entertaining for us

But what a win absolutely brilliant, we dare to dream about a Saints European Tour next season. Bring on the Mancs COYR

Well from where I was sat you made a fair bit of noise and looked boisterous (a couple of the Spurs fans near me commented on it) and to be fair at times the NLYs were loud too.

I was in the block closest to the goal and it was very lively. Some serious limbs in the aisle and down the front when we scored the second and third. Not seen it like that for some time.

Tottenham Game Matchday Thread on 23:01 - Feb 9 by Butty101 | If we finish strongly its going to be a challenge for the new owners to keep KWP, Livermento, JWP and Salisu. |
But why now can't we do something about that and take that next step up and do a Leicester (not saying win the league obviously, but at least be competitive for European places. Not sure how much money the new guys are going to invest but can we at least show some genuine ambition to appease us lot
