A sinkhole has appeared on the L.H.S. going down Whitworth before the mini roundabout at the junction with Fieldhouse and Mizzy Roads. The police and fire brigade who were in attendance have now left the scene but Whitworth Road, as at now, has road works with a considerable amount of surface water and traffic is being controlled by lights.

Mizzy road? our Ian used to live there, him and Mick who has now moved to Torquay, are the most knowledgeable pair I know on Rochdale afc now and past, Our Ian watches every game home and away.
