Tom Eastman back... 18:28 - Nov 11 with 1647 views | gerry_us | with a goal for Daggers. How we could do with him organising at the back...right to the end off the game.
Tom Eastman back... on 11:07 - Nov 13 with 1554 views | RSCOSWORTH | To be fair organising was never his strong suit. Clearing, tackling, heading and just defending in general were though. I'm not sure it was the right decision to release him but given how little he played for us last season it wasn't really a surprise. For me the bigger mistake was not retaining Chambers for another season.

Wasn't that Chambers' call, or did he make the decision because we didn't offer him anything?

Tom Eastman back... on 18:57 - Nov 14 with 1501 views | ghughes11 | No offer was made as far as I'm aware. Not really a Garner, play it out from the back type of defender. I imagine he would wanted a guaranteed regular starting position too and with Kelleher, Dallison and Hall already on the books and then a ball-playing centre back in Lawrence joining, I don't think Garner would have been able to agree to that! In hindsight though...............

Tom Eastman back... on 09:03 - Nov 20 with 1399 views | RSCOSWORTH | I saw that Eastman got the winner to Daggers at the weekend. I also noticed a number of possible football relatives/Col U connections amongst the two sides: Dibble in goal for Kidderminster Oxlade-Chamberlain in midfield for Kidderminster Lambert on the bench for Kidderminster (also a McDonagh but incorrect spelling) Hessenthaler in midfield for Dagenham

Tom Eastman back... on 21:35 - Feb 6 with 1067 views | gerry_us | Even Tom Eastman can't stop the Spirerites tonight. If they hang on to win they will be 22 points and one match in hand of the second team Bromley in the National league. That's some season. Us visiting Chesterfield next season.. Yeah.

Doubt very much Eastman or Chambers Garner's sort of players. Chambers dropped strong hints at ens of last season he felt fit for another season but got no offer and retired. Personally feel Chambers should have been retained but not so sure about Tom. [Post edited 11 Mar 2024 20:48]

Tom Eastman back... on 08:23 - Mar 11 with 632 views | bwildered | Eastman subbed before half time for Daggers with suspected hamstring injury. Would possibly make him doubtful for forthcoming England appearance.
