Looking forward to the game. Proper FA Cup tie for me. They will be fired up after last weeks drubbing of Aldershot and with a new manager to impress. We will have a decent and hopefully vocal away following with the players up for it after being frustrated at Ebbsfleet. Add in the National Leagues top scorers in Houghton (11) and Mitchell(9) and we have the recipe for a great game. Hopefully we can keep the mistakes to a minimum and progress into the first round proper in what appears a far tougher game now than when the draw was made.

I don’t think that this tie could ever be categorised as easy even straight after the draw was made.
We’re playing a team who scored a lot of goals last week and with potentially our three first choice centre backs all absent.
I’d be happy to see a replay and really pleased with a win at the first attempt.

Today’s game is massive for Dale. An absolute must win.

Just watching Chesterfield v County, two old rivals, live on Sky in front of a full house brings it home how far we’ve fallen.

Last seasons meek pathetic exit to Hereford was an all time low, the season petered out after that.

The recovery has to start now. How far will Chesterfield and County be ahead of us in three years?

Come on Dale!!!

Looks like a very exciting and progressive line up with the addition of Buyabu.

That could go towards paying for Sports Channels in the bars.
