It's a mere pipe dream at present because it won't happen any time soon, as he's hardly done anything for us.
He clearly isn't at all productive playing wide on the right, as he just cuts in nearly all the time. He/we need to establish his best position.
If the likes of Oxford, Leicester, WBA & Pompey were to win over the weekend, in games they should fancy being victors, that gap could be reduced to just 6/7 points. So the likes of Vale need to start performing for us, as they have been championed as being the new leading lights and we are now reliant on the likes of him to get us over the line this season. I agree he's not a wide player. Although he can deliver a good ball into the box at times, he can't go past a full back.
He'd probably be best employed as a 10, as and when we play a formation that requires that position. |  | | |

From what I’ve seen Harvey Fail does not have the minerals to make it at this level.
Reminds me very much of a certain Jimmy Smith who followed a similar route to us. Can pick a pass and looks good when not under pressure, will razzle in the odd superb goal but…. Not got the physique, attitude or nuts to be a Championship player week in week out. |  |
