Me too, I am also Android so I suspect it is that. I have emailed box office...this all works so smoothly, doesn't it?! |

For those that don't have tickets, this is a great cause: https://shop.qpr.co.uk/product And no, I am not posting this here just because I accidentally pressed bid and am currently the highest bidder. Oh no, definitely not. |

Talk about sliding doors - they were extremely unlucky to lose last night I thought, very fine margins. Could so easily have gone the other way and I suspect the other manager would have been chopped... |

Six year contract, it's a total dream for him. He either makes it at the top level or gets made a very rich man within six months. Nice... |

I will never, ever, ever get this point of view. I respect it, of course, but I don't understand it. Putting aside the opinion that we could just try and win every game we play, as a QPR fan, you would seriously rather beat Stoke than West Ham? I would rather win at West Ham and lose any number of totally meaningless league games, personally. So we rest Kone for Stoke, where he doesn't touch the ball and we lose 2-0 anyway. Or it works and we get a point at Stoke which means we may finish 11th and not 12th. Anyway I know ever year we do this to death so I will shut up, as no doubt once Esquerdinha gets ripped a new one on Sunday it will all be on here again. |

For West Ham, I want to see something like this (presuming Burrell, Poku, Varane, Morrison not fit and RND cup tied) Nardi / Hamer (not Walsh, we can't keep thrusting him into ridiculous games) Mbengue Dunne Cook Field (LB) Hayden Madsen Dembele Saito Kolli Kone Subs to include: Morgan, Keeper, Smyth Should be at least giving us a 1% chance. If I see Esquerdinha, Walsh, anyone from the Development Squad I am going to do my pieces. |

I love watching Littler play darts. Obviously he is incredibly talented, but having watched him a lot throughout the year, the thing that sets him apart is that on the occasions he is being challenged, not hitting the trebles in a leg, that is exactly when he produces some astonishing huge checkout. It's like he can just turn it on when he really needs it. Frighteningly, in this tournament he has barely been pushed! Good luck to him, hope he keeps level headed and winning for many years. |

Quite. I don't think I've ever known a manager who is actually producing decent results overall, but whose plan is difficult to understand and selections so bizarre. I really don't understand how some players (Nardi, Cook, Field, Smyth, Hayden etc) are going to get any consistency of performance or how good / poor performances are rewarded. Hayden and Nardi did fine on NYD compared to most, Smyth got a well-earned start but couldn't get into the game and now gets ditched, Poku's cameo was OKish....makes my head hurt. I really do shudder at what we are going to pick at West Ham. Anyway, let's hope it all works out today. |

Hamer back in. I wish I had any idea what the thinking is behind rotating two average keepers, but there you go. Consistency of defensive players being selected may help improve things?! |

I agree. I could see that this was a game for Field and Hayden maybe, and I know we are doing just fine overall, but it is still frustrating to be resting players like Mbengue and Burrell in a more than winnable fixture. It would seem Stephan wants to feather the engines like a WW2 pilot to make sure we get to the end game safely. He knows more than me, perhaps this will get us the most points at the end of the season. Drives me barmy though and I feel sorry for all that travelled. |

Literally every time Cook has a 6/10 game we are told his legs are gone and he is past it. Yes, he is not in his prime but he is still a damn useful defender to us and will be absolutely vital for the rest of the season when required. I've said it before, no doubt I will say it again - one of the most underrated signings and players we have had for a long time. |

Now the dust has settled, I don't see the point in just ripping it all up and starting again. How about we use all the learnings so that we can get the urn back in 2027, rather than start on yet another cycle. Especially as McCullum and Stokes appear to have taken on board some of the issues. |

Yeah that's right Ned, that's exactly what I was saying. Honestly! |
 | Forum Reply | So Cifuentes ? at 08:11 21 Dec 2025
You can't judge Cifuentes on one game, surely. Especially as they are a club in total turmoil, which you can't lay at his door. I will ask all the Marti naysayers why they think two years of keeping us in this division with basically no goalscorers worthy of the name, whilst inheriting a team from the truly terrible management of Ainsworth, isn't commendable. I hope you are right about JS being an upgrade, but that is also too soon to judge. We've seen under Marti and Warburton that QPR are able to surge into the play off zone then lose the next 17 games or something. If he can actually get us to win away on Boxing Day, I may start to believe. Had no issue with the "sacked in the morning" and especially the "Last Christmas" chants, but to call Marti the c word was not something I was taking part in. I look forward to Nourry getting the same treatment when his own PR work eventually pays off. |

Good post. The real shame is that we've finally got a captain who knows how to handle spinners. The support he gave Leach in the field was brilliant, as when we toured Pakistan. I do have hopes for the Ahmed brothers, I haven't seen much of the younger version but apparently he is really promising? I hope we don't consign Rehan to the one-day only bracket like Adil. Let's give him a serious lengthy go just like we have backed the batters for years. |

But about 7500 were sold to those with at least 100 loyalty points, so not sure that is fair. Agreed they should have done the points better, but who could have predicted this? Extraordinary. |

I am stunned, absolutely stunned. 50 years following this club and I would never have predicted that. I think the price must have helped! |
